Fee Rates & Regulations
(i) School Fees are as follows:
Annual fees to be paid in March at the time of re-admission.
Fees are to be deposited in the bank in the months mentioned below:
*The School reserves the right to increase the fees at any time of the year, if an increment is considered necessary, and every year 10-15% tuition fees will be raised to meet the yearly increments of the salaries.
(ii) Collection of Fees will be made by:
Federal Bank, M.G. Road, Jorhat for all classes.
Fee receipts should be filled in carefully before submitting to the Bank. Defaulters will have to pay a late fee of Rs. 50/- per month.
The working hours of the Bank are:
(iii) Pupils whose fees are long overdue may be barred from appearing at the examination and are liable to have their names struct off from the rolls:
Pupils whose fees have not been paid for three consecutive months, after due notification by the school, will have their names struct off the rolls. If however, they wish to continue their schooling, they will be treated as new candidates, needing new admission.
(iv) For all clarification, regarding fees, refer to the School and not the Bank.
(v) No reduction is made for holidays and broken periods:
Admission and other fees are not refunded. Pupils are liable to be charged full as long as their names are officially on roll.
(vi) Results of the Final Examination of students who have arrears of fees will be withheld.
(vii) A month's fee is required previous to the withdrawal of a pupil from the school:
If a child is withdrawn for any length of time and the parents wish him/her to be re-admitted, the admission fees will be charged again.
