1st Term results will be out soon.
For Class III - V
All should report to school by 7:45 a.m. and the assessment will commence at 8:15 a.m. The dispersal will be at 10:00 a.m. from 11 to 22 Sept 2023.
The school fee till Dec 2023 for those paying on quarterly basis and till Oct 2023 for those paying on monthly basis should be cleared by 5 Sept 2023. In any case, the school fee till Oct 2023 should be cleared by 5 Sept 2023.
The admit cards for the assessments will be issued on 7 Sept 2023.
For Class IX - XI
All should report to school by 7:45 a.m. and the assessment will commence at 8:15 a.m. The dispersal will be at 10:30 a.m. from 11 to 30 Sept 2023.
The school fee till Dec 2023 for those paying on quarterly basis and till Oct 2023 for those paying on monthly basis should be cleared by 5 Sept 2023. In any case, the school fee till Oct 2023 should be cleared by 5 Sept 2023.
The admit cards for the examination will be issued on 7 Sept 2023.

For Class III - V
All should report to school by 7:45 a.m. and the assessment will commence at 8:15 a.m. The dispersal will be at 10:00 a.m. from 19 Feb to 2 March 2024 for Classes III & IV and till 4th March 2024 for Class V.
The school fee till March 2024 should be cleared by 22 January 2024.
The admit cards for the assessments will be issued on 16 Feb 2024.
The school will remain closed from 3 March 2024 for Classes III & IV and from 5 March for Class V. The declaration of the Promotion result will be on 16 March 2024. The admission fee can be paid using QR code by 15 Feb 2024. Kindly submit a print out of the receipt to the class teacher on the day of the declaration of results. You may also deposit the admission fee by DD in favour of Carmel School payable at Jorhat.
For Class IX & XI
All should report to school by 7:45 a.m. and the examination will commence at 8:15 a.m. The dispersal will be at 10:30 a.m. for Class IX from 5 Feb to 23 Feb 2024 and at 11:15 a.m. for Class XI from 5th Feb to 17Feb 2024.
The school fee till March 2024 should be cleared by 22 January 2024.
The admit cards for the assessments will be issued on 2 Feb 2024.
The final examination will be conducted in the school hall.
*Classes for XII starts from 21 Feb to 8 March 2024
For Class X (Pre-Board)
All should report to school by 8:45 a.m. and the examination will commence at 9:00 a.m. The dispersal will be at 10:15 a.m.
The school fee till March 2024 should be cleared by 12 December 2023.
The admit cards for the assessments will be issued on 18 Dec 2023.
